Hello Waffle's 1000 Likes Celebration

I've spent the last week rolling about lazily and being the most unmotivated person you'll ever meet. So! I figured I need to kick my ass into gear and get these posts I've let pile up pushed on out of my draft folder. Today I've got swatches of Hello Waffle's 1000 Likes Celebration! Y'know, in celebration of Hello Waffle's Facebook page reaching 1000 likes. Also, Christine's 23rd Birthday! Let's get to swatchin'~

1000 Likes

Dark gold shimmer.

Let's start off with this collection's namesake! 1000 Likes is a dark, rich, molten gold. You'll see that gold is the big theme with this collection. Ain't nothin' wrong with that.

Enabling

Copper with gold shimmer.

Enabling is a rich, orangey copper with gold shimmer throughout. A perfect mate for 1000 Likes.

Rose gold shimmer, more on the rosy side.

23 for Christine's age! This is my absolute favorite of the bunch. A beautiful rosy pink with gold shimmer and sparkle. It's something of a soul-sister to Fey from Hello Waffle's Persinette collection.

One of Us!

Dark mauve/plum with golden shimmer.

With the gold, One of Us! can seem to lean brown. I do really have a thing for dusty, muted mauves/purples though.

Empty Wallets

Dark rich green with golden shimmer.

Empty Wallets is a deep foresty green with subtle gold shimmer. And a perfect representation of green going from my bank account to my eyelids. 

IMAM

Dark navy with gold sparkles.

IMAM - a color dedicated to the beloved /r/indiemakeupandmore! It's a dark navy with gold and teal shimmer. I like to think it represents tears shed over discontinuations, limited edition HG products, and the sorrows of USPS manhandling. In fact, I just washed my HoG Pumpkin lip balm with my laundry the other day. ;_; We're an emotional people.

Heavy Breathing Cat

Golden silver shimmer.

Everyone knows the feeling of Heavy Breathing Cat. Sparkle-lust incarnate. The combination of silver and gold in this eyeshadow creates a lust-worthy taupe/beige shade that some may find more wearable than the others in this set but still offers up all that tasty, tasty glitter.

The 1000 Likes set is a fairly small one so I apologize for taking my sweet time to get it up on my blog! I've been stretching myself a little thin, it seems. Also, I've fallen into the trap that is Pinterest. (Cone of Shame.) Anyway, I have a bunch more posts to get finished up but first - homework!
