Here's a super quick comparison of Laura Mercier's African Violet with several different Hello Waffle eyeshadows. I apologize for the lighting! I did these swatches early yesterday morning and it was still a bit overcast.
I swatched African Violet alongside Hello Waffle's Silk, Ethereal Voice and Hot Cross Bunnies - all purples with gold shimmer/sparkle. I think Hot Cross Bunnies is too pastel to be considered a dupe of African Violet. Silk and Ethereal Voice are much closer if a bit darker and warmer in tone. Ethereal Voice has very intense gold shimmer/sparkle which brings it closer to African Violet than Silk but still doesn't quite match that gorgeous duochrome. Soooo, I can totally justify owning all of them. Commence enabling.
I hope this post was at least a tad bit useful. Until next time!
